Annual Awards, Festivals, and Official Records

The First Annual MD Awards is ready in its full glory now! All thanks to Kragel for updating this information for us.
Also, in light of the recent announcement that the next Festival is coming to the Realm soon, we have gathered the documents from the first Festival and made this: a list of what people earned in the previous festival, along with some extra descriptions about what the Festival is! Thanks to Je Suis Oeufs Fous for this addition to our collection.
The slowly growing accumulation of records such as these has brought to my attention that we need a section of the Archives specifically for these sort of official documents. The Official Documents section in the Archives of Legends will be the new host for these sort of books.
