Guidelines of the Archives

These chronicles were written by many hands over many years. A few words on how to walk among them:

On reading

Every scroll is preserved as it was set down — spelling, voice and all. Some are terse rulebooks; some are mythic flavor; some are verse. Read them as the wanderers meant them, not as modern documents.

On citing

When you quote a chronicle elsewhere, name its author and link back to its scroll so others may find the source. The archive keeps a stable address for every chronicle.

On commentary

You may leave a commentary beneath any chronicle. Sign it with a name; an email is optional and never shown. Commentaries are reviewed before they appear, so speak plainly and kindly — the archivist reads every one.

On the realm

These writings describe a living world. If they stir something in you, the gates of MagicDuel remain open.
