Shadow Weaving - A Dark Poem

12 April 2009 · set down by Kyphis

Shadow Weaving (Written by Kyphis)

See the shadows

Dance and spin

As they fill you

With our sin

Clawing, Grasping

For your life

Harbingers

Of coming Strife

Hurry now

The time draws near

Cut her through

From ear to ear

Accusations

Made of any

Turn this tale

In ears of many

See the fire

Burning thin

And the shadows

Rushing in

Will you do it

With the knife

Give the shadow

Its dark tithe

Come now pretty

Come now dear

Your blood shall pour

Before it’s here

Six quarts to twelve

We must have plenty

To fill the shadows

Spinning Jenny...
